Return policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have any problems with our products, you can follow the steps below for the return process.

• You must notify Söğütgedigi about your return requests within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
• When creating your return request, do not forget to indicate your order number, product name and reason for return.

• The product must be in its original box and unopened. The product must be undamaged and unused.
• The product to be returned must be returned with all its complementary accessories.
• If there are promotional or campaign products given as a gift with the product, they must be returned undamaged and completely at the same time.
• You do not need an invoice for your return transaction for corporate company purchases, and you do not need an invoice for individual purchases.

Returns:

• Söğütgedigi is obliged to reimburse all costs within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification regarding the use of the right of withdrawal by the consumer, provided that the above return conditions are met.
• Unfortunately, the transaction cannot be carried out when the 14-day period specified for return requests is exceeded.
