Lemon Peel Essential Oil

Properties: This essential oil is obtained via steam distillation of the peel of the Citrus limon plant, also known as Lemon. Lemon essential oil is best known for its ability to cleanse toxins from the body, stimulate lymphatic drainage, rejuvenate energy, purify skin, and fight bacteria and fungi. Research shows that lemon oil contains powerful antioxidants and helps reduce inflammation and ease digestion.

Usage:
-Relieve nausea or morning sickness by inhaling lemon peel essential oil via diffuser or dabbing on a cotton ball.
-Lemon peel essential oil can help soothe digestive problems like gastritis and constipation. Add 1–2 drops of lemon peel essential oil to a glass of water, add honey if desired, and drink it twice daily.
-Lemon peel essential oil reduces acne, rejuvenates damaged skin, and hydrates the skin. The free radicals in lemon peel essential oil reduce damaged cells.
-Whiten your teeth using a mixture of lemon peel essential oil, baking soda, and coconut oil. Rub this on your teeth for 2 minutes before rinsing.
